Nandini Nair is Global General Counsel of L&T Technology Service LTD, a global leading pure-play engineering services company. She began her legal career in 1999 in a small law firm in NYC, focusing on business immigration and eventually moved to the largest immigration firm in the world, where she worked with premier multinational corporations across various industries on compliance, investigations, audits, mergers and acquisitions and was a strategic partner.
In 2004, Nandini began her own legal practice, which she managed for 13 years, where she grew her firm into a two million dollar book of business. Orrie Dinstein is the Global Chief Privacy Officer at Marsh McLennan, a global professional services company operating in over 130 countries around the world. Eugene Weitz is a highly accomplished global corporate attorney and business executive, known for his leadership in transforming legal departments through strategic innovation in people, data, processes, and technology. With over five years of recent experience as DXC Technology’s Legal Lead for Data & Innovation, Eugene has played a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of DXC’s Legal Department. He has spearheaded initiatives in Global Legal Department Knowledge Management, generative AI, and cybersecurity policy, advising the General Counsel on matters ranging from DXC’s participation in the United Nations OEWG, to active roles in the Tech Accord and Paris Call working groups. He also led the Legal Department’s Learning & Professional Development program, enabling a global team of 400+ legal professionals to tackle emerging challenges in all aspects of technology law.

Susan serves as General Counsel, Americas for dentsu. Susan leverages more than 25 years of legal experience across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including commercial transactions, privacy and data protection, technology, litigation, compliance, and human resources.
Susan joined dentsu through its acquisition of Merkle, where she was General Counsel. Prior to joining Merkle, Susan served in similar roles at Vertis Communications and was in private practice at BakerBotts in Washington DC. She clerked for the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Texas Law Review, and a BA from Rice University.
Monique Ferraro, CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, CPCU, is Cyber Counsel at Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance and Inspection Company, where she provides legal and technical expertise in support of Global Cyber Products. Ms. Ferraro's cybersecurity and privacy experience spans more than twenty-five years in digital forensics, e-discovery, information security and privacy. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Cyber Security and Data Privacy Law Program at Albany Law School and Western Connecticut State University in Cyber Security and the Homeland.
Monique obtained her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, her Master’s degree from Northeastern University in Criminal Justice and Bachelor’s from Western Connecticut State University.
She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Fellow of Information Privacy, Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
Monique worked for the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for nineteen years, serving in several different roles. She was a founding member of the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Computer Crimes and Electronic Evidence Lab. She also wrote grants for and coordinated the design of a statewide and later regional criminal intelligence sharing network. She founded the state’s Family Violence Reporting Program and coordinated the sex offender registry. After retiring from state service and before joining HSB, she taught, had a private practice of law and a digital forensics and electronic evidence consulting firm.
She has taught at the undergraduate, graduate and law school level, teaching courses in privacy, cyber law, digital forensics, Criminal Justice, Women’s Studies and law.
She is a frequent speaker and writer on cyber and privacy issues.
I am Senior Counsel and Director of Litigation at IDEMIA in charge of litigations, investigations, IP, data privacy, and trade compliance. I also cover contract review and negotiation as well as corporate law matters for the company. I reside in the Washington, DC area.
IDEMIA is a global technology company PE backed by Advent International, focusing on biometrics, cryptography, secure credentialing, secure transactions, and identity-related services. IDEMIA services both commercial as well as governmental entity clients.
I spent the first 7 years of my practice at two global defense firms followed by 6 years prosecuting securities class actions at Bernstein Litowitz. I then spent over 6 years managing a diverse international cross-border litigation docket, external governmental investigations and internal investigations, subpoenas, and other third-party requests at the New York branch of a global financial institution headquartered in France. I relocated to the Washington, DC area in 2023.

Marc Mandel is a three-time General Counsel with a background in technology and operations management. He currently serves as the General Counsel of Exos, a pioneer in human performance research dedicated to helping elite athletes and corporate employees to achieve their highest potential.
He also co-founded the legal technology SaaS company CCPATollFree.com, bringing privacy law compliance to Fortune 500 clients, where he led product design and sales.

David Hamilton is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Fiserv, the global fintech and payments company, responsible for global privacy, AI, and security issues. In this role he advises on and enhances Fiserv’s Global Privacy and Cybersecurity programs, including relating to incident response process and preparedness. David is Fiserv’s lead AI counsel, sitting on Fiserv’s AI Steering Committee and represents the legal team through Fiserv’s AI Acceleration Hub. David also advises product teams on privacy-by-design in Fiserv’s products and services throughout the organization, and acts as the primary privacy counsel to Clover, Fiserv’s point of sale business. David negotiates the data terms of the company’s most significant relationships, and works closely with Fiserv’s Data Commerce Solutions business on various data initiatives to help further grow the business. David engages in M&A diligence and litigation/regulatory issues, inquiries, and briefings impacting privacy, data and AI. David also advises and develops information on privacy matters to members of the company’s executive leadership team and coordinates closely with the Chief Privacy Officer and his compliance team to develop processes in compliance with numerous global privacy laws. David is a strategic business partner, helping to grow and support the business and counsel appropriate management of risk. He advises teams across the company at all levels.
David is a former litigator, having started his career at a New York based financial services litigation boutique law firm. David represented the largest US retail banks, fintechs and tech companies in litigation, class-action defense, and privacy and security matters. David has (successfully) argued appeals before New York’s state and federal courts, and defended banks in state and federal class actions.

Christopher Bowen is an attorney with 19 years of experience, including with the U.S. Department of Justice, two AmLaw 50 law firms, IBM, and a space start-up. Kai Falkenberg is General Counsel of The Guardian US, one of the top news sites in the US. She has more than 20 years’ experience in media law including M&A, data privacy, intellectual property, labour relations, compliance and litigation. Before joining the Guardian, Ms Falkenberg served as the chief legal officer of several privately-held media companies and as acting commissioner of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media Entertainment, overseeing the country’s largest municipal broadcast network and the regulation of all film and television production in the city. She also teaches media law as a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School.
Mushegh Manukyan is an international mediator and arbitrator, currently working with a global organization. Before, he served as a mediator at the D.C. Court of Appeals and the World Bank Group’s Compliance Advisor Ombudsman and focused on encouraging mediation globally, especially in the context of investor-state disputes. He has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration and in representing foreign companies in various complex matters. Most recently, he practiced international dispute resolution at the Washington, D.C. office of a leading international arbitration law firm and was Senior Counsel at a Texas-based high-tech company, managing Russia and CIS, India, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania legal matters for more than 10 subsidiaries of the company.
Mushegh was instrumental in establishing Armenia’s mediation system and is the author of Armenia’s first mediation laws. He founded the first private mediation and arbitration center in Armenia and mediated over 500 cases involving 90+ nationalities in Armenia, Massachusetts courts within the Harvard Mediation Program, the D.C. Court of Appeals, and beyond.
Mushegh holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Yerevan State University (Armenia), a Ph.D. in private international law from Russian State Social University (2009) in Moscow, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2016).
Charles Blackburn is recently the Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft, where he led the legal support for the company's AI and cloud services delivery units and developed its Commercial IP Center of Excellence. Prior to Microsoft, Charles has supported sales, partner, services, and product functions for publicly traded semiconductor and software companies. Charles holds degrees from Emory University and Georgetown University Law Center.
Brian Zeve is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience driving innovation, market expansion, and growth in the technology sector. He has enabled transformation across industries, including legaltech, fintech, and regtech. Over the years, Brian has collaborated with leading law firms and corporate legal departments to transform service delivery, practice management, and collaborative knowledge management systems.

Hanna Madbak has over two decades of experience managing intellectual property and advising senior executives on a wide range of legal issues, including technology transfers, intellectual property management and monetization, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. In addition to his extensive AMLaw100 experience, Hanna cofounded an IP boutique law firm and a patent licensing company in New York.
Hanna is currently the Senior Director of IP Management at Adeia. In this role, Hanna collaborates with the licensing team and the patent prosecution team to monetize and grow Adeia’s patent portfolio comprising over 13,000 patents and generating over $500 million in yearly revenue. William Mansfield is the Director of Intellectual Property for ABRO Industries, Inc. headquartered in South Bend, Indiana. ABRO exports a wide variety of household, automotive and light industrial goods such as glues, tapes and oils from the United States under the ABRO® brand to individuals in developing nations worldwide. While virtually unknown in Western Europe and the United States, ABRO® is a major brand name in countries such as Pakistan, Nigeria and Kosovo. As Director of Intellectual Property, Mr. Mansfield is in charge of protecting the over 2,000 trademarks ABRO has registered in over 175 countries. He has himself traveled to 59 foreign countries and handled matters in over 160. This involves coordinating the actions of attorneys, investigators, and government officials on six continents (and he is hoping for a case in Antarctica to arise one day as well).
Mr. Mansfield earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Indiana University. He is the Vice-Chair of the Quality Brands Protection Committee of China where he helps the group’s mission to provide support to international brands facing intellectual property issues in China. Mr. Mansfield also provides consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses facing counterfeiting and other intellectual property related difficulties through his company, Emergent IP Consulting, LLC. Finally, he is an adjunct professor of international business at the University of Saint Francis.
Alex Locke is a prominent legal professional and innovative business leader who wears many hats (some of which he’s licensed). Currently serving as General Counsel at VeeFriends, a forward-thinking entertainment company backed by a16z, he recently secured a key production, distribution, merchandising, and licensing deal with MoonBug Entertainment for a new animated series. Previously, Alex was an intellectual property and technology transactions attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and was a member of the Willkie Digital Works team.

In 2022, Alex founded NFIP Holdings, LLC, the first global NFT intellectual property holding and licensing company. Under his leadership, NFIP has secured over 40 licenses in more than 35 countries, placing products in global retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon. The company's innovative approach has generated over $1,000,000 in guaranteed royalties and $3,000,000 in sales within its first two years.

Guadalupe Castro is an accomplished lawyer with extensive expertise in intellectual property rights, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Smrithi Mohan is the General Counsel at Awes.me, Inc., d/b/a Awesome, the parent company of SmugMug, Flickr, and This Week In Photo. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she steers all legal efforts at the company, in addition to providing governance, compliance, as well as strategic operational input. At Awesome, Smrithi is developing the company's very first innovation and intellectual property program. Renan is a distinguished legal professional specializing in regulatory compliance, antitrust, competition, innovation, finance, and banking. With a law degree from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a master's in commercial law from the University of São Paulo (USP), Renan is also certified as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and holds a Legal, Ethics, and Compliance (LEC) certification.
Currently, Renan serves as the Head of Compliance and MLRO at Binance in Brazil, where he has developed and implemented advanced compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence in the dynamic crypto market.
